Implementation Plan discussions take place today (14 September) between Parties / jurisdictions and Dr Cathal Gallagher (Chair of the IP Review Group). IPs provide a fair and balanced approach for reporting on implementation of NASCO’s Resolutions, Agreements and Guidelines.
