Fourth Reporting Cycle
Fourth Reporting Cycle (2026 – 2032)
At the start of the fourth reporting cycle each Party / jurisdiction developed a Draft Conservation Commitments Report (CCR). The CCRs will build on objective analysis of stressors by each Party / jurisdiction, to enable a reporting cycle balancing simplicity, effectiveness and transparency and to simplify accountability through a limited number of specific outcomes and clear metrics that relate clearly to the conservation of wild Atlantic salmon.
An expert group, the CCR Review Group, will review the Conservation Commitment Reports for each Party / jurisdiction biennially in 2028, 2030 and 2032. Initial Draft CCRs submitted in February 2026 were reviewed by the CCR Review Group and written feedback provided to each Party / jurisdiction. Parties / jurisdictions could then resubmit their Draft CCRs in April for further feedback. The written feedback for each Draft CCR is below.
